Flash Sale

1. 1Scope: Only valid on products labeled Flash.
2. 2Activation condition: When the shopping cart subtotal of non-Flash items amounts to €25 or more, Flash items will be €2.99 each (incl. VAT) at checkout.
3. 3The subtotal is calculated incl. VAT and excludes Flash items, shipping costs, gift wrapping, and gift cards. If the condition is not met, Flash items will be charged at their current regular/sale price.
4. 4Limit: Maximum of 3 items per order (total across all Flash items).
5. 5Combinability: Store credit / Deluxerie points / coupons and other promotions are not valid within the same order.
6. 6Returns & cancellations: Refunds are based on the actual amount paid. If a return/cancellation brings the subtotal of non-Flash items below €25, the €2.99 Flash benefit will be reversed and the refund may be adjusted accordingly.
7. 7Errors: In the event of system or typographical pricing errors, Deluxerie may cancel the order or correct the price.
8. 8Previous orders: Not valid on previous purchases. No cash value. Non-transferable.
9. 9Availability: While stocks last. We may replace or remove items without prior notice.
